Freight quote
- The estimate on the site is preliminary and is not a commercial offer.
- The final rate, transit time and terms are confirmed by a Door2Door logistician after reviewing the request.
- The preliminary estimate is free.
Digital services
- Invoice check, cargo and document check, transport documents and HS code lookup are charged per run. The price is shown before the run and charged only after your confirmation.
- Service results are preliminary and do not replace the opinion of a customs representative or broker.
- One payment — one run. Running again requires a new payment.
Payment
- Prices are in US dollars; the charge is made in tenge at the official National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on the day of payment.
- Until the payment system is connected, services run in test mode without charging — this is stated on screen.
Documents and data
- How uploaded documents are handled is described on the “How we handle documents” page.
- Do not upload documents you are not entitled to share with third parties.
Liability
- Door2Door is not liable for decisions made on the basis of preliminary service results without confirmation by a specialist.
- The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
